You definitely want to have a healthy and glowing skin. But without realizing it, you have a habit that makes the skin becomes dull and unhealthy. Like, too long a shower with warm water, clean your face too often with scrub and much more.

1. Frequent cleansing with natural scrubs like nuts.
To lift dead skin cells that are on the face, you must have done scrubbing or peeling with natural ingredients. This is often done to reduce the use of chemicals.

"The use of natural ingredients such as nuts or seeds can cause irritation to the skin," Rich Lupo.
According to Lupo, better use a facial cleansing soap containing granules are fine, because the smaller the risk of irritation. Lupo add, if you have very sensitive skin, use a mixture of baking soda and warm water to clean the face.

2. Sleep just tilted to the right or to the left
Your sleeping position also determines the state of the skin. Sleeping position tilted to the right or to the left all night will make you depressed skin pillows and lack of oxygen. When you wake up the skin will be fresh. And, if the habit of sleeping with only one position is your habit, it can cause wrinkles in the skin around the eyes.

Train your body to sleep on their backs, or use a special pillow that can maintain body position. Some experts advise to use a satin or silk sheets because it can reduce the onset of wrinkles.


3. Too long a shower with hot water
Reduce the habit of bathing with hot water for a long time. Because, resulting in fewer lipid layer that functions to make your skin remains moist. The layers of the body produced every few hours. When the layer of skin loses large amounts then what will happen is a dry skin and irritation.

To that end, do not shower using warm water more than 10 minutes. Although it can make the body more relaxed but it can make your skin dry and stressed.


4. Not conduct regular eye examinations

5. Do not wash your hair before the face
Morning when many people wash their face before styling your hair. Though it will be better after the new hair you wash your face. Because signs are sprayed styling products do not just stick to the hair but also the skin.

"All the styling products that attach to the skin can clog pores causing acne," said dr. Lupo. Therefore, from now on clean face using a cotton swab, after using styling products to remove chemicals that stick to the skin.
